Description

Outlet Valve Disk (OVD) for M40 series masks & others including M40, M40A1, M42, M42A1, M43, M43A1, M45, M48, M17, M17A1, M24, M25, M25A1. The Outlet Disk Valve is molded from a silicone rubber and has an approximate diameter of 1.20 inches in diameter x 1.182 inches long and is T shaped. The material thickness of the outlet valve disk is approximately .022 inches. Extending out from the center of the disk is a stem measuring slightly over one inch in length. Near the base of the stem is a knob that helps secure the outlet valve disk to the outlet valve body of the mask. The outlet valve disk allows a mask users exhaled air to be discharged from the mask and prevents outside air from entering the mask through the same opening. This is a critical part to ensure your mask works properly,
