I am a Reiki Master Energy Healer. Reiki enhances the body's own ability to heal itself. Energy work has much to offer in the way of increasing overall well-being. Reiki is stress reducing, balancing, and relaxing. Your session will be done remotely. This is called Distant Reiki.
What Is Reiki?
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being. Many have reported miraculous results. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
How Can Distance Reiki Energy Healing Sessions Help Me?
Anyone can benefit from Reiki, not only when they are ill. A Reiki session enhances the body’s own natural ability to heal itself as it works on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level of the recipient. Distance healing offers the same benefits of an “in person” session. This means you can access Reiki Energy Healing from your own home.

The Distance Healing is possible because energy can transcend time and space so it can be transmitted anywhere.
What will I receive?
You will receive one 20 minute Distance Reiki Healing session --
this session we will be doing a quick tune-up on the 7 main chakras. This includes opening, cleansing, clearing, balancing, healing activating each chakra.  Then aligning them to work in perfect harmony with each other.  I will set the intention for your highest and greatest good.
Each chakra has a role in balancing some aspect of our life physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually. Many things can affect our chakras from our physical environment to our emotions to our mental dialogue. It’s essential for good health, to be aware of how balanced or unbalanced our chakras are. A ‘block’ is a place where energy is trapped or constricted. In dealing with a block, you need to get the energy moving which is what Reiki does. When energy flows through the whole body it creates harmony and releases imbalances. Reiki assists to bring the chakras into alignment and balance.

ow Do Reiki Healers Work With Energy
Energy healing practitioners begin by preparing themselves and the room for the session. They then set their intention and focus for the session and the client. Please note, Reiki can never do harm.
During a ”in person” session they use their hands starting at the head they hover above the body and channel the Reiki energy to the client. The same concept is used to carry out distance healing, know as Reiki Absent Healing.
Each Energy Healer is unique in how they practice distance-healing sessions. Often making use all of the tools they have learnt whilst studying and practicing healing. I use all the tools available to me including crystals and symbols. In my experience the most important thing is genuine total focus and intention.
